We develop and apply technology-enabled research methods and create predictive simulations in order to understand shopper behavior, attitudes, and motivations. Vice President, Client Solutions (Client Engagement Leader)

Position Summary

The Client Solutions team at Decision Insight is responsible for all aspects of client service from exploration of needs to presentation of findings.  The VP of Client Solutions is known internally as a Client Engagement Leader (CEL), responsible for sales, service, and satisfaction to his or her customers.  Reporting directly to our Senior Vice President, the CEL is an independent type position having autonomy over specific accounts, both existing clients and prospects.  The CEL works closely with members of our Project Team to design studies, write proposals, create engaging surveys, analyze and interpret data, present recommendations to clients, and travels frequently to meet with clients.

A qualified applicant would have at least a 4-year college degree and 10 years’ experience in Consumer Packaged Goods working for a manufacturer, retailer, or research supplier.

Director of Analytics

Position Summary

The Director of Analytics position oversees all aspects of data and analysis and contributes strategic thought, unique insights and analytical support for projects requiring complex analysis. This position provides counsel to the project team and CELs on overall study design. You will also be required to set schedules, design questionnaire and approve field vendor selection and monitor data collection as needed. You will be analyzing data and writing reports and creating a strong working relationship with advanced analytical experts.
