Vice President, Client Solutions (Client Engagement Leader)

Position Summary

The Client Solutions team at Decision Insight is responsible for all aspects of client service from exploration of needs to presentation of findings.  The VP of Client Solutions is known internally as a Client Engagement Leader (CEL), responsible for sales, service, and satisfaction to his or her customers.  Reporting directly to our Senior Vice President, the CEL is an independent type position having autonomy over specific accounts, both existing clients and prospects.  The CEL works closely with members of our Project Team to design studies, write proposals, create engaging surveys, analyze and interpret data, present recommendations to clients, and travels frequently to meet with clients.

A qualified applicant would have at least a 4-year college degree and 10 years’ experience in Consumer Packaged Goods working for a manufacturer, retailer, or research supplier.

Market Research Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for assisting the research team with the day-to-day responsibilities related to individual projects and ensuring the project is being completed per project specifications, timing and costs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing questionnaires addressing study objectives; ensures programmed version is error-free
  • Works with Graphics department to embed stimulus into the survey
  • Collaborates with outside vendors for needed study components
  • Assist in management of field operations
  • Obtaining products and cataloging images for projects
  • Coding and data entry
  • Data analysis, including creation of data tabulations
  • Creating and proofing charts and graphs

Qualifications

Digital Production Artist

Our company is currently seeking a digital production artist to support the technology development team. We are an established marketing research firm specializing in advanced online research applications.

This position requires professional knowledge of online media design. Main responsibility of this position will be web graphics production with the focus on digital imaging. There will be some layout and development of a variety of marketing materials, including PowerPoint decks. Candidate with an Associate Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, or Bachelor of Arts or equivalent experience would be ideal.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional willing to work in a fast-paced team environment while continuously meeting production deadlines.

Required PC computer skills:
